What does a day look like?

6:00 - Dinner and Mail Call

What to bring:
Here is a list of some typical things for a camper to bring - Bible, pen, notebook 1 Sleeping bag & Pillow 1 Suitcase/duffel bag Toiletries Flashlight & Extra Batteries Modest Swimsuit Extra shoes/boots for winter Sweater/Jacket Camera & Film

What NOT to bring:
Some things that are not allowed at camp are illegal drugs, cigarettes/tobacco, alcoholic beverages, fireworks, knives, guns, radios, CD/Tape players, electronic games, fireworks, pornographic material, water balloons and/or launchers.

Keep in mind... The camper lodges contain bunk beds with mattresses. Campers are to provide their own bedding or sleeping bags.

Quaker Meadow Camp is outfitted with several indoor and outdoor activities including a swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, grass playing field, zip line, small lake with canoes, rappel rock, crafts, indoor climbing wall, recreation room with pool tables, ping pong tables, foosball air hockey, big screen TV, VCR, CD player with sound equipment, and board games. There are also horseshoes, tetherball, play area including swings for small children, and a Frisbee golf course throughout the camp. Or you can enjoy an afternoon hike to one of those many beautiful destinations Quaker Meadow offers. There is also an outdoor campfire circle for night time worship sessions.

Transportation for Friends Church Camps
Southern California: Charter buses leave for camp from Rose Drive Friends Church (4221 Rose Dr., Yorba Linda). Campers should plan to arrive for check-in at 7:30 AM the day camp begins. Please have your luggage tagged. Buses arrive back in Yorba Linda at approximately 7:00 PM.

Northern California & Arizona: Arrangements are made with campers and participating churches. Buses are not provided.
