Internship Ministry Goals

• To provide hands-on ministry to the intern that is directly related to their long range ministry goals.

• To place the intern into a highly relational cross-cultural or church-planting ministry that reflects EFC values while offering the intern the opportunity to observe the daily life of mature Christian workers. This includes missionaries and pastors serving in the field as well as workers here at home.

• To improve the quality of our ministry to local Friends Churches by providing them with ministry opportunities delivered through dependable, energetic leadership that can multiply their ability to fulfill their mission.

• To make a lasting impact by re-integrating graduates of our intern ministry back into local congregations upon completion of their tenure.
