ADMINISTRATION

The divine enablement to recognize the gifts of others and recruit them to a ministry. The ability to organize and manage people, resources and time for effective ministry. The ability to coordinate many details and execute the plans of leadership.

1 Corinthians 12:28

DISTINCTIONS:

• These people understand what it takes to make an organization function. They recognize that systems and strategies are needed to make all parts of the “body” function in harmony and most efficiently.

• These people are thinkers who are able to not only plan but are able to execute.

• They are responsible people who can take the vision from leadership and “make it happen.”

• These people are able to take master plans and have the unique ability to break it into small goals.

• They have a burden for doing things right.

• These people recognize the gift in others and how each person’s gift can be used for the good of the entire body.

• They see order in the midst of chaos, anticipating problems before they happen.

CAUTIONS:

• Be flexible to change. Leaders need to take the latitude to change directions and this is a big frustration for administrators.
