Mission in Cambodia

EVANGELISM
• National led; on going evangelism training and application of 2 evangelism methods
• Regular and systematic growth in the churches through active evangelism

DISCIPLE MAKING
Seven Characteristics of Disciple Making
• A program to train and encourage one-on-one disciple-making with new believers
• Membership being taught and valued in a way to grow the body of Christ into a family

CHURCH PLANTING
• 10 church planters, trained and sent to cover all provinces of Cambodia
• A vehicle for equipping and encouraging existing churches to reach into the local community (villages) to plant daughter and granddaughter churches

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
National Structure
• To complete bylaws governing the church (Faith and Practice) along with registration with Cambodian Government
• A formed and functioning Yearly Meeting
• Steps for missionary phase out
Pastors and Leaders
• A recording process, with clear paths of training for new Pastors
• 50 trained pastors, 150 trained leaders
Missions
• Encourage and equip the churches to be sending churches
• Establish a system of equipping for cross cultural missionaries to be sent within South East Asia
• Have missionaries serving in the surrounding countries and ethnic subgroups in Cambodia
Youth and Children
• A national coordinator – training and leading each ministry
Service
• Creation of self sustaining and propagating projects to help further ministry and assist leaders by allowing them time to pursue ministry

SHORT TERM TEAMS
• Opportunities for two-way communication from US to Cambodia and back; that facilitate a partnership for ministry through teaching, ministering and serving.

PHASE OUT
• Goal is 2030
• 50 churches - evangelizing, making disciples, creating and encouraging leaders, sending missionaries and self governing.
