The Monday Morning Calling

We are excited about your involvement in helping connect Friends business leaders at your church with their spiritual calling. We believe that there is no separation between the sacred and the secular, or work and worship from God’s perspective. In fact if your faith is not real on Monday it isn’t really real on Sunday either.

This gathering will explore what God has already done in our lives to prepare us for his call. We will see that being good at business is part of God’s very design for our lives. We will explore the myths about work being a calling or unspiritual. We hope you can invite many from your church to see the untapped potential of business leaders who are fully engaged and on mission for God in a new way that connects their heart for God and their head for business.

This event is straight at the business leaders. The principles from Bobby Clinton have been used in several settings and we have put them together to focus on the business person to discover his or her spiritual calling and how business is at the heart of it!

People often ask: “Is this only for Church Leaders?” NO, This is for all leaders, even Marketplace leaders. The reason business leaders don’t see themselves as church leaders is the problem. Somehow we have led them to believe that being in leadership at the church is only for those at the church or in a church program. We believe that those who lead in the true “ecclesia” (church) are God’s people beyond the walls of the church building and in the marketplaces of life.

The event will include Friday snacks, a continental breakfast and full lunch on Saturday. We will have skilled table leaders and prayer intercessors on site to help all participants gain all God has for them in this journey of finding our calling.

We are praying for God to direct many to join us on this special weekend.
